Geworben wird mit "X Tagen unlimitierte Video-Generierung". In der Realität landen die "unlimitierten" User in einer eigenen Warteschlange auf dem Server mit niedrigster Priorität, sprich es kann sein, dass man dann einmal am Tag ein Video generieren kann und den Rest der Zeit nur "Processing" sieht. Und dafür hat man dann das Geld rausgeworfen. Kundensupport sagt "Liegt halt an der Serverlast, können wir nichts machen." Rückerstattung oder Verlängerung des Unlimited-Zeitraumes gibt es auch nicht. Scam bzw. Täuschung und Kundenfang in meinen Augen. Zudem wird mit allen Mitteln versucht, den User dazu zu bringen, doch Credits auszugeben statt den unlimitierten Modus zu nutzen (z.B. schlägt eine Videogenerierung fehl, man klick auf "Recreate" und schon werden Credits abgebucht, obwohl man das ursprüngliche Video im unlimited Modus generieren wollte. Wird aber natürlich nicht vorher angezeigt.

There is no separate lane for Unlimited subscribers. Unlimited work passes through one pool shared by everyone using it, every account is handled at the same level inside that pool, and the only generations placed ahead of it are ones paid for with credits. What has changed is the volume moving through it, as a considerable number of new users joined the platform over recent weeks and that number keeps climbing, so a pool built to be shared is carrying far more than it was and turnaround has suffered. Capacity is being added behind it now, and bringing those times down is where the work is directed. Where a generation does not complete, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Als Nutzer, der bereits über CHF 3.000 in diese Plattform investiert hat, bedaure ich meine dauerhafte Sperrung sehr. Mein Account wurde aufgrund eines Richtlinienverstoßes fristlos und ohne Vorwarnung deaktiviert.Leider wurde mein Einspruch, in dem ich meinen Status als Content Creator mit über 300.000 Followern auf verschiedenen Plattformen darlegte, nicht berücksichtigt. Es ist extrem bedauerlich, dass all meine erstellten Werke und Voreinstellungen (Presets) dadurch unwiederbringlich verloren gegangen sind. Eine zweite Chance zur Klärung wurde mir nicht eingeräumt.Da diese plötzliche Sperrung unvorhergesehen jeden Nutzer treffen kann, kann ich die Plattform aus Gründen der Datensicherheit nicht weiterempfehlen. Für die bisherige Zeit bedanke ich mich dennoch und weiche nun auf alternative Anbieter aus.

Ich arbeite nun seit ein paar Monaten mit Higgsfield. Was das umsetzen der Prompts in Bilder angeht ist Higgsfield TOP. Es braucht sehr wenige bis keine Korrekturen bis das Bild stimmt. Also so ziemlich alles ist dort zu machen und es klappt gut. Natürlich wünscht man sich noch raffiniertere Technik aber die kommt ja sowieso. Higgsfield entwickelt sich ständig weiter und das ziemlich flott.

Leider nicht kulant bei vergessenem Abo renewal.
Die erstellten Inhalte haben am Ende leider nicht für mich gepasst und so habe ich nicht einmal 1000 von 3000 Credits aus Ultra plan für 150$/Monat genutzt. Nicht weiter schlimm. Lieder haben ich vergessen, das Abo zu kündigen. Ich erklärte dem Support meine Situation, aber dort konnte oder wollte man mir mit verweis auf die Terms leider nicht weiterhelfen. Ich habe klar gemacht, dass ich keine Absicht habe den Service zu nutzen und es auch in den letzten 3 der 4 bezahlten Wochen nicht getan habe. Leider 0 entgegenkommen oder Kulanzbereitschaft.

Die Videoqualität ist zwar teilweise gut, aber das Credit-System ist extrem enttäuschend. Für Standard-Generierungen werden unverhältnismässig viele Credits verbraucht, sodass das Guthaben in kürzester Zeit aufgebraucht ist.
Für den aufgerufenen Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht. Wer ernsthaft damit arbeiten möchte, muss ständig Credits nachkaufen.
Kann ich in der aktuellen Form nicht empfehlen.

Support und Leistung enttäuschend
Ich habe Higgsfield für die professionelle Immobilienvermarktung gekauft und mich bewusst für das Jahresabo entschieden. Leider stellte sich bereits nach kurzer Testphase heraus, dass die Ergebnisse meinen Anforderungen nicht entsprechen.
Ich habe keine vollständige Rückerstattung verlangt, sondern lediglich angeboten, den ersten Monat zu bezahlen und den Rest des Jahres anteilig erstattet zu bekommen. Trotz angekündigter Prüfung durch einen Vorgesetzten erhielt ich lediglich eine weitere Standardantwort mit Verweis auf die AGB – ohne erkennbare Einzelfallprüfung oder Kulanz.
Die KI mag für andere Anwendungsfälle geeignet sein, für hochwertige Immobilienvideos konnte sie mich jedoch nicht überzeugen. Noch enttäuschender war allerdings der unflexible Kundenservice.

Und die Qualität der Bilder Erstellung hat deutlich nachgelassen.Kann man euch aber eigentlich nicht vorhalten da es wahrscheinlich an den Ki Anbietern selbst liegt. Obwohl ich mit nano banana bei Google selber bessere Ergebnisse hatte.
Anstatt dauernd neue Features zu bringen, solltet ihn euch darum kümmern das die schon implementierten vernünftig funktionieren.

Viel zu teuer viel zu wenig Funktionen. Die meisten Tools dort versteht man gar nicht was man da machen soll und wenn welche interessanten sind sie extrem teuer und fressen viel Credits und werden nicht mal ansatzweise gut und man sollte man den Support schreiben aber ich habe ja auch was anderes zu tun als 20 mal ein Support am Tag zu schreiben dass diese blöden Videos so geworden sind
