Easy installation,

I am so impressed with how well my blind opener works. Installation was easy and makes my life so much simpler.

Working well for years

Customer support is non-existent and they have ripped me off. Ordered 2 SmartShades. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and received a defective product that broke itself after installation. Have been emailing customer service to see about options for 3 weeks and have not received a response. I lost over $200 on this product, please don’t make the same mistake I did

Only been a few days but love the hub that allows me to tell Google to open and close the blind.

Install was simple and the install video was excellent.

Today I would suggest go for it. Upgrade your window blinds. The future will tell.

Ensure you have your records of purchase it will be very helpful if you are considering warranty. If you are not looking for warranty and simply need an easy fix state this early on in your email inquiry.

I got my SmartShade almost 10 days ago, and since then I've sent three emails to RYSE asking for the extra piece that's needed for loop cord (which is what they tell you to do in their online articles ) I still haven't received a damn response.

Awful customer service! It's more than awful, it's non-existent!

I love the convenience of my RYSE shade risers and it is even better with the SmartHub that let’s me open and close all three shades on a timed program.

I LOVE this device. I have the chain blind, cordless version. It holds a charge a very long time. It connects to my Alexa for voice commands and I can schedule when they open/close.

You should be aware that they aren’t silent. It doesn’t bother me but the motor and chain does make some noise when they move. Overall, I recommend. Love waking up to the sun and my evening privacy!

Product works great. Easy mounting and installation. Connected right up with the app and then to Google home. Ryse smart shade is a great addition to my home.

Its great to be able to open & close curtains without getting up my wife doesnt care ifvyhete open.or closed i like them closed at night great product would definitely recommend customer services eas great

Lack of follow up in connectivity issues.

I have tried to contact anyone via online chat with no one answering – I’m astonished by the terrible customer support I received on my latest order.

I’ve been a very long time supporter of the company and products being one of the first to own the original Axis unit, and even participated in the pilot/beta “button” program!

I accidentally hit purchase (after Shop somehow auto populated all my information?). I immediately contacted customer support via email and chat to no success to cancel the order. I tried all day to talk to someone to stop the order from being shipped. I don’t live at the address the item is being shipped to, as it's in the USA and I live in Canada. I finally heard from "Katleeya" who was provided no help and terrible one line reply. The item didn't ship until 2 days after ordering it - the order could have easily been canceled by Rise.

After this horrible customer experience I will not be purchasing from Ryse anymore unfortunately. I really enjoy the RYSE blinds, and Home Hub product, but I can't support a company that doesn't support its customers properly. :(

If I could post zero I would. I have big shades, 103" tall. The battery is not strong enough to pull the shades up. Only makes it about 1/4 of the way. I had purchased 6 of them, was unable to return the unopened boxes becaseu - past the return window??? poor customer service, poor performance. Do not buy. Maybe the ones that go into the tube are better. not sure. But these are a POS. bought on hello ryse

Motorized roller works well, but the bracket is difficult to install, and depending on how your existing blinds are arranged, there might not be space for the blinds to move pass the Ryse Shade device

I ordered 8 of the Smart Curtains for 4 windows. Over half of the batteries won't hold a charge. When the batteries work, the system is amazing.

The installation is super easy, the product looks nice and sturdy. I loved that I can set the bottom and the top of the window, so that the shades can go all the way up and down without the need to hold the button. I also like the duration of the battery and how silently it raises a very large blackout shade.
