Great experience I had with this HAT construction solutions

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HAT Construction Solutions.
I booked an SMSTS course which was originally scheduled for May 2026. The course was first rescheduled due to tutor availability issues. I accepted the changes and rearranged my schedule accordingly. However, when the revised course date arrived, the course could not proceed again because of what I was told was another tutor emergency.
Throughout this process, I was dealing with Prem and Liam, who repeatedly assured me that the situation would be resolved. Following the second cancellation, I was informed that I would receive a full refund.
Since then, I have received multiple emails confirming that my refund request had been initiated and that payment would be made. I was first told the refund would be processed immediately, then informed it would be completed by 10 June. Despite these promises, I am still waiting for my money.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My calls are not being answered, my WhatsApp messages are being ignored, and I have had to continuously chase for updates. Every time I contact them, I receive another promise but no refund.
Customers should not have to fight to get their own money back, especially when the cancellations were caused by the company's own tutor and scheduling issues.
I am leaving this review to warn other customers and to encourage HAT Construction Solutions to finally honour their commitment and process my outstanding refund without any further delays.
If my refund is received, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

0 stars. Really bad experience and the worst service.
Initially they told me the course would start on 11th May. I made the payment on 7th May, submitted all the forms, and even booked holidays from work for this course. Then on Friday evening around 5 PM, at the last minute, they cancelled it and said they would move me to the next weekend batch.
The following weekend they again said there were fewer than 9 students, so the course was postponed again to 26th May.
I requested a refund several times, but every day they kept giving me the same response and telling me to contact another office. It has now been more than a month and I still have not received my refund. On top of that, they have now stopped replying to my emails and messages.
They wasted my time, my money, and also my one week holiday from work.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The training instructor was excellent, and the management team was very supportive throughout the experience.

Can't fault them, brilliant service, did my SSSTS in 2 days with Clive, excellent all round! 100% recommend!

The program is entertaining and easy to access the learning materials.
