M2HSE are very responsive. I left a message on the automated out of hours system, within 5 minutes I had a call from a course advisor.

Within 30 mins I had enrolled on my NVQ level 6 in Health and Safety.

The service and qualification knowledge is excellent.

The great thing the pricing is really competitive, perhaps the cheapest in the market. The great things is there is no hard sell whatsoever.

I would gladly recommend this company for training.

I am only assessing the registration process here ad that's all that has happened to date, The staff were attentive and helpful, some of the media used mainly the online forms where not easy to use and did not to work properly, I felt a level of frustration, in that i had to input incorrect information to get them to work and upload, if it was not for this I would of given them 5 stars, also slightly perplexed at being to rate something before it actually begins.

The team at M2HSE are highly professional and prompt. Starting from Joe to Sofie and Liviu, everyone knows exactly how to keep the customer satisfied in a timely manner.

The organisation was very good, Sophie checked in multiple times before and during the course to make sure all information required was sent and recieved on both sides, and things ran smoothly

I recommend it; it really helps.

My problem was not having to learn an awful lot that was new, it was how to be structured after 30 years of experience and an awful lot of data. Tod say that staff were helpful and guided me well is an understatement. Highly recommended.

The course was a very informative, engaging, and rewarding experience from beginning to end. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of the training, and I was particularly impressed by the professional way in which the course was delivered.

The training sessions were well structured and presented in a clear and understandable manner. The trainer demonstrated a strong level of knowledge and experience, while also creating an environment where everyone could participate, ask questions, share experiences, and contribute to discussions. This made the learning experience much more interactive and enjoyable rather than simply being a theoretical exercise.

I particularly enjoyed the group activities and practical exercises. The assessment was another valuable part of the course. The assessment allowed me to reflect on what I had learned and demonstrated the importance of applying health, safety, and management principles correctly within the construction industry.

Most importantly, I greatly appreciate the knowledge and information I gained from the course. The training has enhanced my understanding of the responsibilities of a site manager and the importance of effective planning, communication, leadership, risk management, health and safety, and maintaining high standards on site. I have gained knowledge that I believe will be very useful in my professional development and in my future responsibilities within the construction industry.

What stood out to me most was that the course went beyond simply preparing participants for an assessment. It encouraged us to think critically about health and safety, understand our responsibilities as managers, and recognise how our decisions and leadership can directly influence the safety and wellbeing of everyone working on a construction site.

Overall, I found the SMSTS course to be an excellent learning experience, and I am very pleased that I chose M2HSE Training. The professionalism, organisation, quality of instruction, interactive learning, group work, and wealth of knowledge provided throughout the course made it a worthwhile and memorable experience.
