0 stars. Really bad experience and the worst service.
Initially they told me the course would start on 11th May. I made the payment on 7th May, submitted all the forms, and even booked holidays from work for this course. Then on Friday evening around 5 PM, at the last minute, they cancelled it and said they would move me to the next weekend batch.
The following weekend they again said there were fewer than 9 students, so the course was postponed again to 26th May.
I requested a refund several times, but every day they kept giving me the same response and telling me to contact another office. It has now been more than a month and I still have not received my refund. On top of that, they have now stopped replying to my emails and messages.
They wasted my time, my money, and also my one week holiday from work.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
