Yeah great company to buy stuff from very good delivery service and the product itself is very well made and works very well. I have the G-Tech air ram 2 K9 and it picks up pet like no other hoover has done before. Im so pleased with it and was brought a while ago and still runs as if new.

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner I spoke to a lady a gtech who sorted it straight away no ifs or buts. fantastic service I would give 6 out of 5 if possible

This is my second air fox within 12 months. My first one stopped working but because it was past the three months guarantee I HAD to take a replacement (I did want a refund but it was a big fat no) now the replacement has done exactly the same way.
Will I get a refund this time or will I have to take another piece of shoddy GTech equipment?
I’ll update when I know. But if you’re thinking of buying an air fox don’t waste your money.

Got a GT50 trimmer,locked together ok but buttons were loose, battery took an age to charge. In use the on button has to be held down whilst using the speed control, not useful for older folk. Trimmer doesn't like any damp & so collects cut grass, the blade isn't man enough & in only 2 uses it has split/ broken 4 blades. The machine seems useful only for pristine lawns.

Third battery on my HT50 trimmer won’t charge. Asked for a replacement. Certainly-.£59 please. No thanks. Shame-used to be such a good local company that I’ve bought lots of things from. Have they gone Chinese?

I had a slight concern with my Gtec vacuum cleaner. I was answered fairly quickly by a representative who was friendly and helpful.

The lady took her time to understand my concern and invited me to email Gtech with a photo of the said part, whilst I was on the phone to her.

In a jiffy a resolution was provided without fuss and I couldn’t be more grateful and happier with the service provider.

Well done Gtech your after sales support is second to none!

Purchased the SLM50 small lawnmower . The cutter is absolutely fantastic , I have a bad neck injury & I’m still able to use this machine as it’s very lightweight . If the grass is very long it might struggle a bit ( mine hadn’t been cut for 2 months as the gardener didn’t come back , hence the grass was very long ) however if u give it another cut the following day it will be fine . It’s perfect for small lawns & u get 30minutes from the battery . It’s well worth the money . I also bought an additional battery as a backup . Great product .

GTech have, in the last, been an amazing company providing superior products. We have had several  vacuum cleaners (I would estimate almost 6-10 sets of the floor and handheld sets). An old style lawn mower and strimmer, and new style (white) lawn mower and strimmer. I am sure the wife may also have had a hair dryer? I have, over the years, on occasion has the need to contact their customer support which I must say do an amazing job. In recent years I have found their new model vacuum cleaner to not be as good as their older models. Their new style lawn model (white) also is less functional than their older one (variable speed annoying, grass storage difficult to use. and the foldable handle is unusable). Unfortunately, I have made the difficult decision to move to Shark for their innovative vacuum cleaners. The wife has moved to shark for their innovative hair dryer and styler. The lawn mover and strimmer may soon go in the bin (can not bear this annoyance any longer), I will unfortunately look at alternatives for this…. Which will unlikely be Gtech?

G Tech have very few accessories to for their GT50 strimmer. Result the one I bough is proving to be useless with only tiny plastic blades available.

Ordered on one day and arrived the next day brilliant !! I bought the hedge trimmer for £169 which is a good price it's easy to put together and i used it straight away .It's fantastic Got carried away with it and did all my hedges .Love it thanks Gtech

How NOT to handle a first-time customer.

I was excited to receive my first Gtech product, the AirRam Platinum, but the out–of–the–box quality was incredibly disappointing. The handle segment is misaligned and doesn't connect tightly with the base, leaving an unstable gap and a severe wobble before I even turned the machine on.

I contacted customer service and provided clear video evidence showing that the connection was completely loose under zero pressure. Instead of addressing the obvious build defect, they brushed it off with a canned response, claiming this instability is an intentional "feature" to provide flexibility for steering. Nonsense.

Telling a first–time customer that a flimsy, poorly molded connection is standard quality has completely put me off the brand. Fortunately, because I bought it through Amazon, I can return it as faulty through them and avoid Gtech’s cheeky £10 collection fee. I won't be buying from Gtech again.

UNSATISFACTORY RESPONSE:

As explained, the wobble in the handle is not just a feature to assist in steering. The plastic mechanism on the model that we received did not securely connect the handle. It is shocking to me that you still dig your heels in with this naive and dismissive response.

Bought my 2nd gtech mower 4 years ago. Battery failed just before 2 year guarantee was up so it was replaced by them. New battery failed after 2 years so asked for comments on this. In contact by email answering all the questions that were requested of me. Suddenly no replies. Rang to ask what was happening and I was treated like a complete idiot, which I am not!! There was no customer care, I was treated with total contempt. Apparently I need to buy another battery. There is no way I would now recommend buying anything Gtech having experienced their despicable customer service. They do not deserve the business.

I rang customer services yesterday about a loud noise coming from the Air Ram, which I bought last October. The lady I spoke to (I wish I had her name) couldn't have been more helpful. After listening to the noise, with and without the brush bar, she said she would send me a new head assembly, which is basically the base without the dirt bin, handle and battery. It's just arrived (12.30pm), we've fitted it and it's working perfectly. This is fantastic customer service. Thank you.

My strimmer motor died, so I thought maybe still under warranty but sadly not so. A new head unit including motor £21.98 delivered the next day. Result!

I've had number of issues with my lawnmower. No has a lawnmower which I can't use because GTech will not replace the faulty charger.
