I was looking for this specific tablet to replace my husband ageing Amazon tablet. I looked in a few places but found it here at a very reasonable price.
I didn't have to wait long to receive it delivery was very speedy. However, I did think that the packaging was a bit on the sparse side for a valuable item. Other than that all is great.

Professional quality service…
I 'needed' a new phone and A1 Tech offered my choice at a very good price. Buying on-line was straightforward. Communication was excellent and the phone arrived exactly as promised. I also bought a charger which came a couple of days later, but that was fine.

Really good deal - price best on my search - £almost 100 off the price elsewhere . Easy to order online - dispatched and received within 48 hours . Only issue was that I had to pick the package at a nearby post office as I wasn’t going to be in when the parcel was delivered- Royal Mail was not accepting delivery of the package in a safe place - but that’s Royal Mail and not a1 tech .

Disappointing when things go wrong
Disappointing customer service when things go wrong
I placed two orders with this retailer. One was delivered perfectly, with no issues at all.
Unfortunately, the second order was a completely different story. Royal Mail left the parcel in a communal area of a large building, rather than ensuring it was safely delivered to me. The parcel subsequently went missing, and I never received the item.
The company has refused to issue a refund, although I never received what I ordered.
So, OK place to buy if everything goes smoothly. But what really matters is how a company treats customers when something goes wrong. In this case, the customer service has been extremely disappointing, with little consideration for the fact that I have paid for an item that was never delivered to me.
Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this retailer. A company should stand behind its customers and take responsibility when delivery issues arise.
