Ich habe eine Abfrage gemacht wofür ich auch bereits bezahlt hatte. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde mir ein Betrag für ein Abo abgebucht, welche ich nie bewusst abgeschlossen habe.
Ich habe um Rückerstattung gebeten und von meinem 14 Tätigen Widerrufsrecht gebraucht gemacht. Aber auf meine E-Mail antwortet nur bot Luca.
Das ist in meinem Augen Betrug.
Erstatten sie den Betrag !!!

Abofalle !!! Angeblich nur 0,50€ gekostet, 1 woche später wird 29,90€ abgebucht bzgl eines angeblich abgeschlossenen Abonnements, wovon nie die Fede war. Solche Praktiken sind schlichtweg unseriös, wenn nicht sogar rechtswidrig. Ich werde diesen Fall meinem
anwalt übergeben.

Ich persönlich finde es eine Frechheit, dass wenn man diesen Service einmalig benutzen möchte, sich zuerst durch eine - gefühlt - 700-seitige Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingung, welche in US-Amerikanischer Juristen-kryprografischer Sprache formuliert ist, durchwühlen soll.
Dann lese ich in den Bewertungen, dass man auch ohne ausdrücklichen Hinweis darauf gleich ein Abo abschliesst, wenn man bestellt. WAS SOLL DAS?? Es ist tatsächlish eine Abofalle. Mein Vorschlag: Einmalige Abfragen für Privatmenschen sollen meinetwegen 5$ Kosten, vielleicht auch 10.- Und das könnte über die Mobilerechnung abgerechnet werden. Dann würde ich auch den Bericht an meine EMail Adresse schicken lassen. Aber dieses Geschäftsgebaren ist nicht akzeptabel. Deshalb rate ich Menschen, die nur wenige Abfragen machen wollen, einen anderen Weg für solche Auskünfte zu finden

Abo Falle........ für eine Prüfung wurden 2x 0,50€ per Pay Pal abgebucht, heute bekomme ich eine Abo rechnung über 29.99€ für ein Abo, welches ich nicht bewusst abgeschlossen habe. Beschwerde bei Pay Pal läuft vermeintliches Abo sofort storniert und schrift lich gekündigt........ sollten die 29,99€ abgebucht werden, werde ich sie zurückfordern........ das vorgehen diese Leute ist unlauter, um es vorsichtig auszudrücken.

Das ist nur eine Betrugsseite, und man schließt ein Abo ab, ohne dass man das wirklich will. Wie die das machen ist mir rätselhaft, denn ich habe (wissentlich) kein Abo abgeschlossen. Habe versucht über Paypal meine 30.- Euro zurückzuholen. Paypal schreibt aber, dass mein Einverständnis vorliegt. HÄnde weg von diesen Betrügern.

Die Firma ClarityCheck Inc. hat für eine Telefon-Reverse Suche 0,50 € abgebucht.
Es wurde nichts angegeben, dass eine erneute Abbuchung/Abo kommen wird.
Jetzt versucht diese Firma ständig 29,99€ von meiner Kreditkarte abzubuchen.
Ich halte es für einen Betrug, sollte dies nicht unterlassen werden, dann werde ich meinen Anwalt einzuschalten!

Ich habe die Bewertung um einen Stern erhöht, da die Reklamationsabteilung äußerst schnell und kulant gearbeitet hat. Schade ist nur das über so ein Fallstrick versucht wird ein Abo zu schalten.
Hinsichtlich der Servicequalität der Seite, kann ich nicht viel schreiben, außer das ich eine Telefon-Nr. rückverfolgen ließ. Allerdings ohne Erfolg. Kann allerdings passieren.

Auch ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass plötzlich Geld für ein angebliches Abonnement, welches nie abgeschlossen wurde, abgebucht werden sollte mit einer "Autorisierungsanfrage" via Paypal. Da ich noch am gleichen Tag reagiert habe, wurde die Transaktion nicht durchgeführt bzw. rückgängig gemacht. Aber ganz offenbar steckt da Methode dahinter.
Wichtig ist vermutlich: Nicht kündigen! Denn damit würde man die Existenz eines Auftrags / Abos bestätigen.
