Owned this hot water tap for 12months or so and my honest review is it’s quite a poor product compared with other market leading ones . I must tighten the handle at least every 2/3 weeks , I have changed the cartridge once already and it still drips constantly.
Very disappointing but not sure if my expectations are to high in this day and age 🇬🇧😔☹️

Very overpriced machine for what you get , feels and looks very cheap . I almost cut my hand on the metal drip tray , if I had seen this in the stores I definitely would not part with nearly £300 .
Also they have no contact number to reach out to only emails…… good luck getting a response.
Save your money and spend less on a better product .

DO NOT under no circumstances deal with this company you will never see your item and you will loose your money.
I had to contact my bank to charge back my payment as they hide behind a 30% non refundable deposit , even when my bank got involved they continued to try a take the money again and again ……
It took a month to resolve .
Look at he standard BS response to people that have been misled same bull to every reply , got to believe all the green feedback is questionable !!
You will not get your item, or your money back.
All they did is cause me financial loss and stress 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

If it had not been for my bank stepping in you would have deceived me out of my hard earned money !!!!! And how is it 3+ months on and you still don’t have the wheels in stock … funny that eh.
