The item I required was difficult to source until I found it in stock with Berger. Online order went smoothly but as it was an overseas order, the postage cost was high. The process all went very smoothly and the item arrived in less than a week.

The process to raise my issue was simple and quick. I was impressed that the chat bot could access and check my ring’s data (with approval from me) & identify the problem so quickly. During our travels to the USA, I needed to make an amendment fairly quickly to our policy & contacted ReduceMyExcess by email. Mia responded to me extremely promptly with all the information I needed to decide on the best option for my policy upgrade. Once I responded with my preferred option, the upgrade was processed immediately by Mia and my documents emailed directly. I was really impressed with the excellent service I received and the value for money in terms of the cost of the amendment.

Whole order process was very straight forward. Reasonable prices and delivery, installation services were very good. Communication of delivery on the day was excellent and meant I knew within a couple of hours window when goods would arrive.

Great choice of cupcakes, I went for the pick & mix. The delivery was spot on, I requested next day before 12.30pm and I was kept updated on delivery progress the whole way and they arrived as promised. Great service, fast delivery and top quality product.

I received an excellent service from Titan Covers. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and delivery was extremely quick after dispatch.
The car boot cover was made to measure and fitted my car perfectly. It was very easy to fit following the instructions provided. The quality of the product is first class and provides total protection for the car boot.
I have used box standard, cheaper covers before but this cover, which is made to fit my specific car, and is of superior quality fabric wise, is definitely worth the extra cost. Also, I love the colour I chose!

Booking online was very straight forward. We were on holiday in Spain, so this was a relief to find a provider that we could book easily.
On arrival, we were met by a staff member who was a bit short with us at first but it was obvious he was overwhelmed with the volume of appointments and testing he was doing. He quickly warmed up to us and was actually very friendly, super efficient and professional. He was wearing protective clothing, visor and mask.
We were taken very promptly despite their being a high number of people arriving for testing.
Very clean and sterile environment. Test was administered with skill and with little discomfort. Results were received by text and email within five minutes of us leaving the facility.
Overall a great service and we will definitely use them again.
Big shout out to the guy who served us, he was clearly testing a high volume of people and maintained his professionalism throughout.

Great value for money and excellent service

Particularly in this difficult time with Coronavirus, the service was professional and seamless. I was kept up to date with delivery tracking and product arrived as advised.
I also felt the price was very reasonable and not exploiting the high demand out there for hand sanitiser. It merely reflected the additional costs associated with staffing the hike in demand to ensure customers were not left waiting.

I purchased a power meter and was impressed with how quickly my order was processed and delivered. It turned out to be the wrong size for my bike (my mistake). I returned the item via Royal Mail and the day it was received by Merlin they emailed me right away to acknowledge receipt and advise of my refund.
I have since purchased the correct sized meter for my bike and once again the delivery was impressively prompt!
I shall definitely use Merlin in the future as they have proven themselves a reliable, very efficient and customer focused company

I am always wary of using supplier sites I don't know, tending to gravitate towards the well known like Wiggle. On this occasion the item I was looking for was less available on popular sites and Tweek Cycles had what I wanted at a reasonable (albeit not the cheapest) price. My order went through without hassle and email communications on my order were communicated regularly and promptly. Delivery came when advised and I am more than happy with my purchase.
