Es wurde mir nie ein Retourenlabel geschickt! Als das Team am 13. August nach der Chargennummer fragte, habe ich diese noch am selben Tag übermittelt. Meine Nachfrage vom 23. August blieb unbeantwortet.
Jetzt wird behauptet, ich würde meine Mails nicht lesen. Ich habe meinen Posteingang, den Spam-Ordner und mein Kundenkonto auf der Website mehrfach gründlich überprüft: Es gibt kein Label!Sparen Sie sich die Schuldzuweisungen und senden Sie mir das Retourenlabel unverzüglich zu.

There is no such "return label" provided.
The last email I received from ZooShopXXL team was on Aug 13 asking me for the product batch number on August 13, and I replied on the exact same day. After hearing nothing, I followed up again on August 23, but was completely ignored.
Now, the brand is blaming me for "not reading their email," claiming they sent a return label that I never received. I have checked my inbox and spam folders multiple times.
There is NO return label sent to me.
Stop blaming your customers for your own communication failures and send me the return label immediately!

Nr. 226397926. I reported to your team on August 2nd that my cat experienced vomiting and diarrhea after eating the food delivered from your company. Despite following up three times via customer service email regarding a solution, I have yet to receive any response.
The quality of the whole process is very concerning.

I had to file a claim with Paypal
I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Even 10 days after making the payment, the item had still not been shipped, and I had received absolutely no communication from the seller.
I tried to contact them several times to ask about the status of my order, but never received a response — no explanation, no shipping update, no tracking information, nothing.
Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the seller, I had no other option but to escalate the case through PayPal.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller based on my experience.
