Top quality

The Website was easy to manage and did not have any Bugs. Order was shiped 1 day later and arrived fast (order was trackable). The tee is the best one i have every tasted. 10/10 would recommend and also buy again. Very high quality :)

I have been drinking tea "seriously" for about six months. During that time, I have tried quite a few teas from different vendors, and my experience with Yoshi en has been the best by far. Everything I have ordered from them has been excellent.

I don't think there is a better place for Japanese teas. There is a clear focus on them, and it really shows. I do feel like there isn't the same focus on Chinese teas. Everything I have had has still been excellent, but I think the variety is a bit lacking. I would love to see more teas like Jin Jun Mei, a wider selection of Hei Cha, or even some rarities like aged oolong cakes. Even if they were only available in very limited quantities, I think those one-time opportunities would be a great addition.

As for the teaware, it is fantastic. I have one of their Yixing teapots, and I love it. I would also love to see a bit more focus on Gongfu Cha, with things like tea pets or traditional tea utensils.

Another thing I want to point out is the value. I think it is incredible. The quality you get for the price is amazing. Their grading has also been very reliable in my experience. Every tea I have tried that was marked as Imperial or Highest Grade has been absolutely sublime.

Their website, product descriptions, and packaging are the best I have come across. Everything feels well thought out, and you can tell that a lot of care has gone into it. The tasting descriptions have matched what I experienced, the brewing information has been helpful, and I have never felt disappointed by a tea after reading its description. There hasn't been a single thing I have bought from them that I wasn't happy with.

For comparison, I have also ordered from Yunnan Sourcing, Mei Leaf, several smaller online tea shops, and local tea stores. Overall, Yoshi en has given me the best experience. My comments about the Chinese tea selection aren't really a criticism, it is just something I would like to see.

I've been ordering my green tea and match with Yoshi en for years by now. The Quality is always top notch and when ever I had an issue the customer support resolved it to my statisfaction.

High quality stuff, I have 200% trust in them that I try something it'll be unique.

The Hojicha powder is incredible and different from any other brand I had.

Exceedingly impressive customer service! Benjamin Skalski in particular was very helpful and understanding of my situation that the pot I ordered did not match my expectations. Options were given to either return or exchange without hassles. Explanation was also given why it came as such. I am very happy with his help.

Fast delivery, high quality tea

I live in France. I ordered some Japanese green tea and some oolong, as well as a beautiful Kyusu teapot from Yoshi En, and I am very satisfied.

The tea is excellent, and their detailed descriptions for both broad categories of tea, specific products, farms, teaware, and so on are both on point for what I've ordered, and very useful to navigate the big world of tea.

The order arrived on time and was properly protected, both on the inside and with the appropriate labeling on the parcels.
