The stickers I ordered from vinyl status are vibrant, high-quality and super-sticky. People have tried to peel (and take) the stickers that are already stuck on things, but can't seem to get them off, which is Awesome. Fast customer service, too. Highly recommend.

The customer service reps are all overseas. Going back and forth with them is useless. They just contradict themselves with each email. Paid extra for Priority shipping which I was told was not actually for priority mail. Then the next email i am told I did pay for priority mail but that they just decided to cancel the label and ship it ground advantage and they “hope that clears up the timeline.” No, you just made my point for me. They use Lots of false advertising and over promising and under delivering. They try to upsell all the production and shipping options but it makes no difference because they ship using the cheapest method. Communication is like talking to a robot

39 DAYS PAST DUE.....
So I've been arguing with this company for over a month regarding my order. They first claimed back in July I never paid. Then after countless emails they finally confirmed I did pay for my order. Then after several more emails they claimed I never approved my order mock up which is a lie. I reappeared the order on July 31st for shipping. Its now August 10th and I still dont have them. No compensation no accountability for their poor customer service.

Paid $20 for two day shipping to have two stickers for an event. It’s been over 5 days and the order is still processing. Asked if I could switch to cheaper shipping option since they won’t make the event. Customer service takes days to respond - said they can’t change an order once it’s placed. Includes shipping. They can’t cancel it either. Nah they just don’t want to try. Steer clear of this place. 0/5
