Even though I had seen another bad review about Brad Smotherman, I scheduled an online meeting because I wanted to compare several similar real estate investing courses. Signed into the meeting just 6 minutes late, and he refused to even reschedule. Not only that, but this CLOWN took the time to write a reply using clown gifs!! Tells you right away he's childish, and willing to drop anyone for the slightest issue.. This is also proved true by the VERY FEW good reviews here on Trustpilot, even though he has been selling his expensive courses for a long time. Check out Seth Williams, Joe McCall, William Tingle or Ron Apke, who you will find ALL HAVE BETTER REAL ESTATE INVESTING REVIEWS, SYSTEMS, AND MATURITY THAN BRAD SMOTHERMAN...

I am honestly disappointed with my experience so far with the Investor Creator program.

About a month ago, I initially spoke with Kayla regarding potentially joining the program and obtaining more information. She briefly connected me with another representative, who advised that someone would be reaching back out to me the following week. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened.

Since then, I have called and left voicemails for Kayla nearly every week simply requesting a return call or an update, and I have not received any response whatsoever.

What concerns me most is not necessarily whether I qualify for the program or not—if I am ineligible because I previously worked as a salesperson for another apprentice of the program, I completely understand and would appreciate being told that directly. My concern is the complete lack of communication and follow-through.

If prospective members struggle to get a simple phone call returned before even joining the program, it naturally raises concerns about the level of support and responsiveness one can expect after becoming a member.

I was genuinely interested in learning more about the opportunity and potentially participating in the program, but after a month of unanswered calls and no communication, I have been left with a disappointing first impression. At this point, I would simply appreciate clarity and a professional response, even if that response is that the program is not a fit for me.
