Enjoying selling and buying on vinted. Great app easy to use.

Waste of money. Unmoderated platform.

I downloaded this app to sell high quality clothing, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The feed is flooded with inappropriate, soft-porn, and fetish oriented content that is completely unmoderated. I paid €6 for a 7 day Item Boost, but the app algorithm pushes cheap, explicit listings instead of legitimate items. It’s a terrible environment for selling actual valuable clothes. Customer support is hidden and unhelpful. Avoid spending your money here, apps like Vestiaire Collective are miles ahead in terms of professionalism. 1 star.

Seems like AI flagged my items as "fakes" then my account blocked permanently for no legitimate reason. I provided numerous detailed photos of each item with original receipts as requested to prove they are not "counterfeit" as claimed. They still concluded that the items were fake. Complete waste of time!

The Vinted app is one of a kind, it is super easy to use, it's trustworthy and it has great delivery service.
I really recommend it!

This could be good and its dun selling items - However buying is awful - the amount of smelly items I've tried to wash smell out of is awful. Sent counterfeit items and Vinted never help the buyer
If item broken in transit Vinted will not hp the buyer protection oy helps buyer and they cant be bothered to do the job of courier claim. Zero help with abuse
There is zero customer service just a robot or people that use cut an paste Zero help Zero support
Basically they will do nothing if their is a problem- so its basically chance

Vinted offerts a very simple and intuitive service to get in touch with customers and the facilites to send or pick up the items are amazing

The app is great, I really enjoy it! The delivery service can be rocky at times (I had to await one month for a delivery… but it was far away so I understand and it arrived so that’s fine!)
Globally I like it.

I love this app. It makes selling your stuff so easy and safe.

Good for selling but when I did buy something that arrived damaged and was not strapped on like the seller said (which she lied) I reported it they said 48 hours and they would fix it , it's 6 days later and they still didn't fix it. Hopefully I get my money back soon.

The app is 10/10 no problems easy to use for bigginers and it's helping me make some cash online so it's a 5 star thank you so much vinted

Came on Vinted by a friend. Need to tell I was surprised about a lot of interest in my objects. Great to be here in a more then professional environment.

It's a great website to sell stuff. These people are interested in everything and you can sell almost everything on Vinted.

I currently have a package that is taking a bit longer to be delivered, but otherwise everything has gone smoothly.
