Even when I experienced a small delivery issue, their team reached out immediately and handled the entire process with exceptional care and professionalism. I placed my order (VN26999) on 24 October and expected a fast delivery as promised on the website. Instead, the order was handed over to the carrier three days late.

What made the situation even worse is the completely misleading “delivered” notification I received. Based on that message, I travelled to the designated DHL service point — which is not even close to where I live — only to find out that:

No pickup code was sent (neither SMS nor email),

The package was not in the parcel machine at all,

DHL’s own system still showed “not ready for pickup”.

In other words, Vital Nutrition marks the package as delivered while it is absolutely not available for collection. This caused unnecessary travel, wasted time, and a very frustrating customer experience.

A company that promises fast delivery should at least ensure that the delivery status they send to customers is accurate. This level of misinformation is unacceptable.

I contacted them with a formal complaint and now I’m waiting for a proper explanation and solution.

I ordered chocolate whey.
The box from outside felt dirty and quality of the packaging was not good.

The whey dissolves well.
But for me personally would have liked a little darker chocolate flavour, this was kind of sweet for me.

Overpriced products that dont contain the described volume.. Dumb reply of my complaint also.
