Have used another online vet previously. After waiting nearly a week to receive the prescription our dog needed, we decided to try Vetster. The vet was super helpful and got us the prescription our dog needed immediately. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an online vet with exceptional service.

I was a first- and last-time customer 6/2/26, i paid for the visit upfront like they make you. My dog was having bladder infection symptoms. The vet came on the line & asked what state is was in, i was not in the same state as her. She did tell me she could not prescribe anything if needed and i would not be getting my paid visit back. She continued and told me general information about bladder infections in dogs, she said i should be seen in my regular vet office. Maybe put that on the main page when making the appointment “if the doctor is not in the same state, for medication can't be sent to a pharmacy if needed “, I would have not done the visit with her. It was a waste of my time and hers. The next day i made a appointment at my dogs regular vet office and she did indeed have a bladder inf and medication prescribed. I contacted customer service to ask for my money back $102. They declined this, saying that the doctor gave me information about bladder infections (in general). Since i had paid for the visit up front like they make you, i could not cancel the appointment after she told me she was in a different state & could not prescribe antibiotics. I will never use this site again, waste of time and waste of my money. Beware if you live out of state and possibly getting antibiotics for a bladder infection, etc.

the vet does not show up
At least half the time the vet does not show up for the appointment, and I am left to sit for ten minutes before they say oh sorry your vet didn't show. Why do they make appointmens with vets who aren't going to show up? I wouldn't be here except my pet is very sick and it SHOULD be faster than driving to my own vet, but it is NOT. VERY unhappy with the noshows when I could have done something else.
