When an order is placed and is not fulfilled. You should send an email to advise us of the matter. This happened to me several occasions where my pets medication was delivered very late.

3 weeks to received a drugs…
3 weeks to received a drugs prescription? It's bad and to late. Do you want to kill your customers? Please, close your business... to save all pets! Your price is bad with shipping charges. The worst experience...a scam.

The wrong pills were sent.
I called to tell them. When I did they tried to imply that I had asked for the chewable pill - I had not.
I have ordered this same prescription at least three times before. Then I was emailed a return label and told when I returned the wrong pills they would send out the right pills. Really !!!? I called again and was assured the right pills would be sent out in a rush. That was three days ago - I called again this morning and was told the pills had not been sent out and was promised that Emily would call me back - she didn't.
I received an email saying the pills would be processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days.
I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in a long time. I needed these pills a week ago - not in 2 weeks. I placed my order in plenty of time in order to get them on time.
And to top it off Pets Drug Mart is still using Canada Post which requires a signature. Canada post never comes to your door to get a signature they just dump the "required signature" in your community mail box. The parcel isn't available until the next day.

They are professional
They are professional, very helpful when I needed to get a new medication for my pet which was a compound pill i got it within a week later otherwise my usual clinic could not provide me with a speedy delivery. Thanks to Pets drug mart.
