Det är helt galet med Vaistoa!
Jag har beställt de fina gummistövlar. De blev jätte stora. Jag kontaktade de, sedan jag har skickat de tillbaka. Och de har mottagit varorna. Och nu vill de ha pengarna också från Klarna.
Vad händer????? det är inte okej.

They corrected it today (next day after their official refuse that they are sent to Klarna. Thanks to Trustpilot and thanks to Klarna. I feel better.

Best hiking boots ever. I’m used to barefoot shoes, and I was hiking 6 days in a row in mountains in Italy. My feet did not sore at all, my back and legs felt stable and they had a terrific grip.

Yes, order goes well but the reliable of product reviews is bad. If you check product reviews, only four or five stars reviews you can see. I gave a honest product review. The automatic review system answered me that they have got my product review. But you cannot see my review on the website. Reason: less than three stars? This case arouses suspicion how much the communication of the company includes falses.

I returned two pairs of boots, and two pairs of insoles (because of size).
One pair of boots and insoles were accepted and I was refunded.
The other boots and insoles were rejected, as being allegedly used.
I can understand that for the boots, although I "used" them by walking some 20 meters in my backyard to test the fit.
On the other hand, the insoles were also rejected. I had to question that and they identified a mistake, apologised and fixed it.
There was also some confusion to identify my payment of the return fee, mandatory to get my refused boots returned to me.
All in all, they were respectful and assumed, apologised, and acted upon their mistakes. The company should be praised for that. But it was obviously not a pleasant experience.

Probably the most comfortable boots and shoes I have ever worn. After wearing these for over a year now I tried to wear previously comfortable shoes only to discover they never had been. It is such a shame that they are not actually made in Finland but that will not detract from the five star rating that I have given.

Reliable and fast delivery of shoes that makes your feet feel hugged and lighter than you could imagine. Nice price compared to other barefoot brands.

Vaistoa shoes feel so good that I don't want to use any other shoes. Well okay, I do use rubber boots and motorcycling boots, but that's all. My feet have never been better.

Wonderful shoes! Great, helpful, serious company you can trust! I was a bit sceptical, but honestly, I haven't worn any other shoes since I got my barefoot shoes. I now have three pairs of them. Just in love with barefoot walking, even in the forest. Recommendations!

Bought my first pair of Vaistoa's a few months ago after trying a couple of other big name brand barefoot shoes and all I can is my Vaistoas are the absolute best! They fit better than any other barefoot brand I've tried and my feet are super happy after wearing them for long walks or all day at work. Looking forward to getting my next pair of Vaistoa's shortly.

First of all I love the shoes from Vaistoa! I have ordered two different models at different times. Both times the pakkage arrived within a few days.

Excellent service. I bought a wrong size and it was super easy to return the product and get the money back. When I got the correct size, it was great. I enjoy the product very much and I can recommend barefoot and Vaistoa to everybody. Barefoot is a game changer!

I've bought four pairs of shoes fron Vaistoa and I am super happy with all of them. I had never tried barefoot shoes before and was a bit apprehensive because I've had problems with both a foot and a knee for almost a year. Barefoot shoes are not miracle workers, I sometimes still have pain in my knee - but not often, and my foot feels great!
I like Vaistoa because they are comfortable and not ugly like some other barefoot shoes. I'm very happy with my experience with their shoes!

Great product and service. Vaistoa are innovative, very well made and unbelievably comfortable. I confess to being sceptical about zero drop shoes but I am converted they have made a massive difference to me through gym work and general comfort especially hiking. Highly recommended they make a huge difference and Vaistoas style makes it better and accessible.

Very easy return process, the label is already printed and the shipment already payed, money back within a few days.
Uoma2 are very comfortable and look nice. They have instantly become my favourite shoes ever, and I wear them every day since 3 months back. Can't say about the long term quality yet but I hope they are durable as well.

In November 2025 I received my first pair of Tuohi in blue-gray, my first ever pair of bare shoes. It was a dream that they were vegan as well.

I wanted them mainly for hiking, but as I also like to be comfy at work, I wanted them also but everyday chill use.

Sorry to say that the quality of these shoes is not at all what I expected. The company brands themselves as knowing the weather changes in the Nordics being from Finland... Well, that I bough a pair of shoes in November, and they quite destroyed by May (in the milder area of the Nordics) is really not good at all. Let me say that all December I was away and did not use them at all. The kind of hikes I do are also quite chill, so I really don't see how they got so smashed.

So, I loved the fit, I loved the colour, I loved the comfort. But the love lasted very short.

And while they're still usable, I feel almost guilty to go out in the woods knowing the plastic cover is falling to pieces. Totally the opposite of what I wanted.

Great product and outstanding service. Vaistoa shoes have been my introduction to zero drop shoes and boots. They are a real game-changer interms of comfort and performance. The shoes are great and as importantly Vaistoa stand behind their product, refunds are straightforward and hassle free. Highly recommended , authentic shoes and great folk.
