Good experience, full recommendation

I ordered two pair of shoes and sent one back. My experience was all over top. I love the shoes. I ordered from France and return-process went smoothly with no problem. Also I like to mention the girls from the customer service: they were so friendly and helpful. I called twice and had no problem reaching them. And they speak English. Thank you Widetoes and great team. I recommend this shop 100%

Great shop

Have bought several pair of shoes from Widetoes, over a couple of years. I find it generally tricky to buy shoes online but since I can't find decent shoes locally, there really is no other option. Widetoes have far more information presented on each model, compared to other sites I've looked at, to help you find a good match. They also replied with honest notes when I sent them a message comparing different models for my needs. All and all, I am very satisfied and will keep buying my shoes from them! :)

Do not buy from this company,after…

Do not buy from this company,after butting heads with them they said they’d give refund but I have to pay to ship them back. I guess that’s what free returns means.not a reputable company

To clarify our return policy: We do offer free returns from Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, and Finland. For other EU countries, there is a small return fee of 5 EUR, and for Norway, the customer handles the return as stated in our terms.

Stock levels adjusted to suit their bottom line. AVOID!

Purchased a pair of altra escalante 4 in a difficult to find size (49EU) at a reasonable discount. Paid in full with shipping. Next day I was told the item was out of stock. No offer to correct their mistake by sending me an alternative colourway in the same size. I simply cannot trust this business and the truthfulness of their website. I find it too convenient for them to suddenly cancel my order when the sale price does not suit them. Avoid this business and shop elsewhere as they are not interested in accountability and ensuring they build long term customer relationships. I was hoping to buy all my future shoes from this business but I will never buy a shoe from them, and I will recommend all friends avoid this business.

Hi! We would like to clarify what happened.

When you placed your order, our system showed one pair in stock. Unfortunately, this was a stock error and the shoes were no longer available. As soon as we discovered this, we contacted you and offered either another product or a full refund.

You asked for a newer version of the same model. That version was not on sale and had a different price.
When you chose to cancel the order, we refunded you in full immediately.

We understand your disappointment, especially since this was a hard-to-find size. The cancellation was due to a stock mistake, not because of pricing.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and continue working to improve our stock accuracy.
