I am trying to return goods which are far far too small. The company keep emailing with other offers of %refunds and the chances to keep the items....this has gone on for many multiples of e mails. They still have not sent the return address and keep prevaricating . They are an awful company to deal with and I would urge you not to buy from them. Has anyone managed to return goods and get a refund?

Believe the 1 Star reviews - wish I'd read them before ordering. Horrible quality garments that significantly do not match the photos or description, with a return policy that in no way resembles their website information. Do not buy from UtiApparel!

Awful! Dress ordered and took 6 weeks to arrive. Dress is nothing like the photo and it is very poor quality. I have asked and asked for a refund and they have stalled and delayed at every turn by offering small refunds and claiming it would cost me too much to send back. I agreed to a 75% refund 21 days ago and have still not had any money back. Do not buy from them, they are scammers!
