I paid for two pairs of shoes

I paid for two pairs of shoes, and I got the second pair for half price during. I waited an extra long time for the delivery and I only received ONE PAIR, tzeh second one for half price, the shoes I paid 100% price for were not delivered at all! They didn't even inform me that they had a problem, only when I wrote a complaint did they announce that the original shoes are no longer being produced and I can get shoes one size bigger, which is absurd, or that I can choose another. I was counting on the shoes, and I didn't buy another one and now I don't have the shoes and I don't have time to buy another one before my trip. Be careful with them, they send the goods from China, it takes a very long time, and their website is misleading, they have false offers, they take the money up front and only return it after the order is filled. Highly unprofessional approach!

First of all, we sincerely apologize again for this situation. Unfortunately, cases like this can occasionally happen, and as soon as we identified the issue, we immediately proceeded with a refund for the unavailable pair.

Second, before this review was posted, you initially contacted us simply asking about the status of the second pair. Once we checked the issue, we informed you honestly about the situation and apologized for it.

Third, we offered multiple solutions to help you:

* receive the same model in a different available size,
* choose any other pair from our store as a replacement,
* or receive an immediate refund.

None of these options were mandatory, they were simply solutions we offered in order to help.

Fourth, there is absolutely nothing unusual about shipping from China. Many international brands use overseas warehouses and fulfillment partners in order to optimize logistics and costs. Most importantly, your delivery timeline remained within the timeframe clearly stated on our website.

You placed the order on Saturday, April 25. As stated on our website, processing takes up to 3 business days, and shipping up to 10 business days. Your order arrived within a total of 10 business days including fulfillment, meaning the actual transit time was around 7 business days.

Additionally, we did not receive any complaint regarding the pair that was successfully delivered.

Lastly, none of the information or offers on our website are misleading. Taking payment upfront is the standard process used by virtually all online stores and payment processors worldwide, no legitimate brand ships products first and waits for payment afterward.

We still sincerely regret the inconvenience and wish you the best.

Great quality and fast communication

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered but these are genuinely impressive. Got the Tessa and the build quality is way better than I thought for the price. Delivery was quick, customer communication is very fast.
