Great TGV. Fast, comfortable. Only problem is no space for a large piece of luggage.

Great service, unfortunate 30 min delay but the dealt with it professionally giving full up to date info and explaining how to get to the RER quickly to make my connection in Paris. Price very good value for money. Looking foreward to travelling with trenitalia again (either in France or Italy).

Tbe train is comfortable and quiet. Staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and polite.
Air con was turned up so carriage became too cold. A member of staff turned down the aircon on request. Well done!
Access gates at Milano Centrale frequently turn down the QR code on phones and printed tickets with no station staff on hand to help. The system needs to be mire user friendly.

Travelled from Turin to Paris.
Train was clean and comfortable despite being full.
Toilets worked and we better than SNCF InOui.
WiFi was much better than on other trains in UK/France.

Following a customary strike or cancellation, I was unable to travel from Paris to Milano on May 17 2026.My wife and I incurred over 700 Euro in unexpected expenses for extra hotel nights, taxi and meals. We were rebooked on the same train the following day, but the new ticket was more expensive. At the station a Trenitalia employee (very kind I must say) informed me that I was entitled to a 64 Euro refund and helped me to submit the request. I received an automatic acknowledgement on May 19 (request N. 00671623), but two months later there has been no reply and no refund. After waiting more than one hour to reach customer service at the number indicated by Trenitalia France website, I was given only vague discourteous advice to contact Trenitalia France.
Travel disruptions can happen, but poor customer service and a complete lack of follow up are far more disappointing. Future travelers should be aware that delays, strikes - especially during the tourist season- and poorly maintained on bord facilities seem to be recurring issues.

One of the worst service of public transport. I have traveled a lot in very poor countries, but I've never had these chronic delays from 10 to 20 minutes. This makes it impossible to organize a journey or a movement in an ecological way, because you lose all the train connections and change the digital ticket is extremely complicated as once validated you can no longer reorganize your trip. I am shocked as Italians can accept these conditions in 2026. Furthermore, tickets for this kind of service are very expensive and you have no alternative, there is only Trenitalia if you want trains.

Frecciarossa train journeys have all been on time and very clean comfortable carriages. Staff helpful.

We bought our tickets, my wife has a electric scooter handicap and we jumped through all hoops to board the train. Got to handicap assistance, and they told us we hand to put scooter on the train ourselves. We got to platform and was trying to get on train and staff refused us to get on. We not only lost money on our tickets, but had to pay for motel room for night and get a rental car. This is unacceptable.

Excellent service that was terrific value for money. There were two minor delays, neither of which was attributable to Trenitalia. Otherwise, I would travel with them again on that route and recommend them. Pretty seamless journey all round. The staff onboard were politeness personified and warm with it.

It seemed strange to be on an Italian train in France but the seats were comfortable, cabin clean and the staff were great. Snacks delivered with cold drinks and amazingly they came through with an espresso machine which was delightful
All in all an on time smoothie easy ride.

This a great alternative to using the French SCNF system. When I was unable to book the train travel destination I preferred, trying SNCF, I came across this system that also has routes in France. I was able to book seats at a substantially lower cost than SCNF would have cost had İ been able to get a reservation. İ was unaware of Trenitalia until I accidentally found the train system thru an on line agent Kombo.

Excellent service clean , efficient and fast. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent luggage facilities.

Need to clean the table tops before each boarding Also not every foreign travelers has a local SIM card so they need to make it more easier to connect to the free WiFi

We love Trentalia. We often use this train when visiting Italy but this was our 1st time taking it in France (Paris to Lyon) and it was fantastic! So much better than the French train system (which also happened to be sold out for the day).
