Product never arrived and they do not give me refund
I ordered a product in June at it has never arrived. It's been 1 month that helpdesk did not manage to resolve my situation and had not given me any solution. I requested a refund, and they just said that other department needs to deal with this, ithout any timeline when this will be resolved.
Additionally, to oblige customer to download a mobile app to be able to track delivery is a dirty move. I would prefer to stay with browser experience.
I will never order from this company again.

Good prices poor service
While TrekkInn frequently has good deals on gear, deliveries to Ireland take a long time. Delivery estimates when placing the order are wildly inaccurate. Additionally, customer service is very poor when something goes wrong.
