I purchased the soap and deodorant. When I opened the package it came in, I found the scent unpleasant. I immediately sent an email to the email address indicated, no response. I sent a second email, no response. They say 60 day refund on their website. It's now been a week and no response. This product is not cheap and I thought a reputable company like theirs would honor their own refund policy. Very disappointing because of all of the positive reviews. Now I'm out over $50 for a product that I was told was fully refundable. Make sure you want the product because it's yours for life with this company. I would recommend buying this on Amazon. At least they are honest and provide refunds.

I was a little confused by the ordering process (thus only four stars), but once I managed to get past it, I received a personal text immediately upon receipt of order! Naomi and I bounced back and forth for delivery address confirmation and chatted about my situation. Very comforting! Excited to try it!

I love this persimmon soap! It is light and refreshing. Another great thing about is that it leaves no scummy residue on your tub or skin! I’m enjoying it❤️

love the smell but it seems to have faded quite a bit & i'm only halfway thru the bar.

After just one use, the 'old lady smell' was gone! I know that with consistency, t will mitigate that foul odor that nobody notices but me. I was unaware of the body wash and will try that next.

Since starting Kaori products, I feel a lot more confident about my body. I don't worry about any unpleasant odors and my skin feels softer, especially on my face. I'm glad I stocked up....if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

The soap has been wonderful for my skin and the smell is amazing but it doesn’t interfere with my cologne. I’m so happy that I tried it!!! Very pleased customer!
