The delivery man from SDA didn't show…
The delivery man from SDA didn't show up the day I selected, nobody from truckpolling informed me about the delay or reached me to give me information, I kept writing emails for days, eventually they responded saying that they were sorry and they arranged a new delivery the same day they were writing to me, and since the short time window, I wasn't at home. So I had to ask a friend to go to my place and wait almost the whole day in order to finally give the boxes to the courier. This is really unprofessional and messy.

From a customer service perspective as well, we always strive to respond in a timely and accurate manner. Regarding refunds, we would need more specific information in order to provide a precise answer, but please rest assured that every financial transaction is handled by us in the clearest and most correct way possible. When a customer is entitled to a refund, we make sure it is processed within the appropriate administrative timeframes.

Bad service byvSDA
Truckpooling worked well but SDA the chosen carrier were not satisfactory. They collected a day late and the package arrived damaged in Berlin after 6 days instead of 4. There was no update on the tracking system after day 2.

I never received my parcel that was…
I never received my parcel that was sent through trackpooling.it using brt ( Bartolini). I opened a file following the instructions from the support office online. I was reassured by email that the address was entered in the system but nothing else happened. I have never received the parcel. The system rely on unreliable partners. It just does NOT work! I still do not know where my parcel is now…disappointing and stressful!
