Poor website, non-existent support, no way to request a refund
If the pickup goes smoothly the service appears to be good. If the pickup goes badly, as in my case, the service is awful with non-existent support and poorly made websites.
I sat all day waiting for the driver to arrive and he never did. I then tried to book another pickup and but after struggling for over half an hour with the Captcha I couldn’t make the booking.
I tried asking for a refund, but the FAQ on the website is empty and there are no options to ask for a refund that I could find on the support site.
I tried another browser and finally got the stupid site to work. In the meantime, I went for a walk and ran into the courier. He said that there was no booking for a pickup from me in their system and told me just to bring the box and he’d take it. FedEx during the whole process were great - the problem is with io spedisco’s digital products (probably more accurate if it’s called io non spedisco).
Even when the status was updating in the io spedisco website, they still sent the courier back to make the pickup.
I work on digital products and can say that this one is poorly constructed, the support is non-existent, and I will only use this site as a search engine, then go directly to the courier’s website. It made me waste a whole day and a half out of my life that I will never get back.
