Received a faulty item
Received a faulty item, the only option was a full return rather than a discount. The return option was a printable label which I cannot use. Most delivery returns now offer a QR code. This has made it difficult to return. The service is not up to standard for the price of the jewellery and I wouldn’t shop here again

Went to the Edinburgh Tish Lyon today to get my second holes on my loves redone. Summer was amazing, really reassuring so kind and friendly and super efficient! I was really impressed and will definitely be back! Thanks summer :)

The timeline for delivery was never transparently communicated. I bought jewellery as a birthday gift hiping it would arrive on the day specified, and now I've learned that it will be stuck in customs for weeks.

We can confirm that prior to dispatch all of our earrings are heat sealed within clear packaging for hygiene reasons.
As per our returns policy, if the items are otherwise removed from this or the seal is no longer in tact, we are unable to accept the items for return.
We heat seal within clear packaging to ensure that upon receiving the customer is able to review the item prior to opening this making it unreturnable.

Professional and Helpful
I had a daith piercing carried out at Bluewater and the lady was very professional and helpful, she explained what to expect and after a thorough inspection to check the placement, she advised me on the correct pieces that would work best for the look I was going for. During the piercing she fully explained what she was doing so I felt at ease and then explained the aftercare as it has been many years since I last had any piercings done. I purchased a beautiful gold and white stone hoop which is of great quality and looks good too.

I visited the Bluewater branch with a online booked appointment. Absolutely brilliant service. Brooke was my piercer. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, professional, friendly and was really gentle with the piercings. I am extremely fussy with any services I use (hairdressers, nail techs) and Brooke passed my 'fussy' test so I am going back for more soon.
Mia was also in the area and looked after my friend who was waiting for me and was really lovely and friendly. Thank you so much to the team. I will be back soon!

Rubbish…the ear rings bought fell out…
Rubbish…the ear rings bought fell out and were lost in 1 wear each. Fitted professionally!
Other studs for these areas have lasted years. I’ve ended up with my original ones back in my tragus and helix!
Would not buy again nor recommend.
Felt I have thrown money away!

Lovely item but ball attachment fell…
Lovely item but ball attachment fell off (not misplaced??) on the first wear. Customer service prompt but offered no solution aside spending more money to purchase an additional stud.
Won’t be repurchasing and won’t be recommending sadly, waste of my money.

I purchased some titanium earrings and…Not the best customer experience
I purchased some titanium earrings and I opened one pair but wasn’t happy ana I’m my humble opinion one of the earrings was slightly bent which I reported as damaged. I was informed that it was supposed to be like that and I wasn’t entitled to a refund as the packaging was opened. !!!
