I had a great experience with Kosiner Jewelry’s customer service. I bought an earring for my girlfriend but the post happened to be too small, they were understanding of my concerns and offered a replacement post at no additional cost, allowing me to keep my original earring! I appreciate their willingness to work with me to find a solution and make the process as easy as possible. Thank you for your help and for taking the time to address my concerns!

We got earrings for my daughter i absolutely love it, got little to long and they was so nice to send us shorter ones for free. These are perfect for little babies because thats not weighing they tiny ears❤️

I am deeply disappointed with Kosiner Jewelry. I have reached out by email repeatedly over the past several months regarding my unpaid affiliate commissions, but the matter remains unresolved. The lack of meaningful communication and follow-through is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how the company treats its affiliates.

I have invested considerable time and effort in promoting their products, yet I am still waiting for the commissions I earned. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in the company. I expect Kosiner Jewelry to address my requests seriously, provide a clear update, and fulfill its payment obligations without further delay. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to recommend their affiliate program to others.

The quality of the jewelry was great and the customer service when needed was also very helpful.

There is a large assortment of jewelry to select from, shipping was quick and customer service was excellent!

Is this a scam site??
I have tried to make an order severel times cause ai love the earrings they offer, but my bank blocks my payment cause they are marked as unsafe.
I then tried in my boyfriends phone to make a klarna payment cause I thought is must be a mistake, but before I even went to the payment it blocked the side as unsafe and said it was trying to get the card payment info.
So it seems like a scam company.
Or I can’t buy from Denmark.

I ordered earrings for my 20 months old baby as the butterfly stopper ones she had kept falling out. Customer service was good, I was told delivery would take 7-15 days but the order reached in 5 days , the earrings do exactly what I wanted them for. I absolutely recommend this website!!!

I will never recommend this company. They have deceitful practices. They are unwilling to accept returns and are rude when the buyer persists. The images they provide online do not match their products. If I can warn people about their scheming business practices then that will be the best outcome I can expect from having dealt with them myself.
I have had multiple terrible experiences with this brand. The only reason I have continued using them is that the number of internally threaded 14K flat back earring sellers is limited. My most recent purchase unfortunately has been the worst. The items I ordered arrived and as usual were significantly smaller than they appeared on the website but that is par for the course with Kosiner. The second and more important issue is that the gemstones in the earrings were clear when they were meant to be dark yellow citrine. I contacted Kosiner to ask if perhaps they had sent me diamonds instead of citrine because the image on their website was nothing like what I had received. They informed me that they had sent me citrine earrings but sometimes their citrine was very pale. I requested a refund and a return label. That is when Kosiner became truly nasty. They stalled giving me a refund for 5 emails. They offered exchanges, they were rude and they tried to claim that their return policy was different than stated on their website. Also once finally agreed to the return they informed me that they don’t provide return labels I would need to purchase my own label and I would not receive reimbursement for the cost. In addition the return address that they provide is not compatible with any shipping service available in the U.S. this is because they provide the company name for the return address but also a first name consisting of a name, number and symbols but no last name. Every shipper only allows letters and numbers for a first name but shippers also require first names be coupled with last names. l’m busy and by then the company had done as they clearly intended and run down my will to engage with them anymore. I accepted a 15% return for not having to return the earrings and ate most of Kosiner’s outrageous cost for their earrings.
