Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of earrings for £160, but when they arrived, I wasn’t happy with the quality or the size, which I felt was not accurately represented in the website description.

As I’m based in the UK, I then had to return the earrings at my own expense, which cost me around £12 in postage. On top of that, I’ve now been charged approximately £30 in duty fees, meaning I’ve had to spend around £40 simply to return an item I wasn’t happy with.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that the company advertises easy delivery and easy returns from the UK, but my experience has been anything but easy. The return process has been a complete nightmare, and I found customer service to be very unhelpful when I tried to get assistance.

For £160, I also expected much better quality and a more accurate description of the earrings on the website.

If you’re ordering from the UK, I would strongly recommend thinking twice and checking the return terms and potential additional costs very carefully before purchasing. In my experience, the returns process is unnecessarily difficult and expensive, and I certainly wouldn’t order from them again.

I found the perfect earring and ordered the wrong size - my fault! Ordered the right size and was able to return the wrong one. It is so beautiful and I think I really fair price compared to other jewellers. I am so happy I found them. I have told my friends and I plan to order more soon.

I have had a very frustrating experience with this brand.
First of all, their return policy is misleading. When making a purchase, the website indicates that returning an item from Europe costs around €10 (€9.95). However, when you go through the return portal, you are charged €20. After reaching out via email, customer service claimed that the €9.95 is just a "starting price" or applicable if you arrange the shipping on your own. This distinction is not clearly specified anywhere during the purchase process. Furthermore, when checking shipping options to the Netherlands independently, the absolute minimum cost is €20, making the information provided on their site completely unrealistic. 
Secondly, the product sizing information is unclear. The dimensions specified for earrings refer to the outer diameter rather than the inner diameter, which is quite impractical when trying to gauge how the piece will actually fit. As a result, the earring turned out to be tiny and completely disproportionate for a item priced at €200.
Given the price point of their products, I expected far more transparency regarding both product descriptions and actual return costs. I will not be purchasing again.
