I've bought a few things. One of them was broken but when I send an email, they answered back very quickly and send a new one. I now have them for 6 months and none are broken even when I have them on at work. Love them.

The processing of the order was incredibly fast, as well as the delivery because I got the package the next day. The packaging was good quality (I believe there was a band to ensure no one opened the box). Looking forward to my next order!
