The start-up time stated in your order confirmation is based on the handling process until you receive your first newspaper. This includes the handling of the order with us, then handling and registration with the publisher, who plans their mailings and adjusts volume before printing.

Magazine never arrived
I bought a years subscription for a magazine. Got the confirmation mail saying 3-17 weeks for the first copy to arrive. 20 weeks later I have received nothing and when calling them they do not help - "we will get back to you" - then nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PLACE.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, I know the wait for the first magazine can seem long.
Unfortunately I can not access and review your case right at this moment since you do not have an email address connected to your Trustpilot account.
The reason why our foreign subscriptions have such a long start-up time is due to the very different routines of publishers abroad. After the administrative processing and registration of new subscribers publishers abroad print all address labels 3 months before the magazine goes to print and delivery. Some magazines are published less frequently which can result in the start-up time becoming a bit longer.
You are more than welcome to contact our customer service so that we can access your order and help you by contacting the distributor of your magazine!
