The item described came worse than expected. I literally had back at Fedex for return in 30 minutes. The Solist has never refunded me despite me calling them, inquiring several times. They even generated a return email but money has never arrived. I was forced to file a claim with my credit card company in order to get money back. They are ok when you are buying. Good luck with returns. Get your sword ready!

The 21 inch Spinner is well-designed and well-built with good zippers, wheels and handle. The material looks sturdy and the interior is roomy for its size. I look forward to taking it on many trips.

Amazing site with amazing finds !!

I placed an order with 2nd day air. The order has UPS 2nd Day Air in the receipt. My order was shipped ground by mistake. Now, what I ordered will not come close to arriving on time.
Customer service apologized and offered a refund for shipping. That’s nice. But it doesn’t improve ground shipping times to my location.
One star here because I get to be irritated by this for next week or so until what I ordered arrives.

I reached out to customer service because the style I got was a little big. I wanted to see if they could just suggest a smaller style, but I never heard anything back. I continue to get marketing emails and promotional emails.

The Solist is the place to buy gifts without a doubt. Ive been buying gift here since they were called Shopworn! I loved them them and love them now.

I placed my order on 4/23 and a label was created for FedEx on 4/24. It was due to arrive 5/4. It is now 5/6 and it still hasn't moved past the label created part.

FedEx has yet to even receive my package!

I sent Solist an email four days ago and heard nothing. No response. I sent a text to the number mentioned in their phone recording. No response.

I will escalate to PayPal soon. My trip is fast approaching and I need to know if this suitcase will work. Terribly disappointed.
