As Tiffany rightly advised, the security tag must not be removed if you wish to return the item. This is also stated on the tag. This is to stop customers using the item for an event or a period of time and then returning it for a refund.
Unfortunately, as you did remove it, we cannot accept the return.

This was such a seamless experience. I sent in photos of my ring, they gave it a fair value and sent me the FedEx label. I brought the ring to FedEx on a Saturday, they recieveeiit Monday morning and by 1PM on Monday, I'd received my funds. Mark, my Client Services rep was so gracious and easy to work with. Very clear, thorough and fast. 10/10 recommend this service to sell your jewelery.

Great service and quick payout. I submitted 2 quotes for a couple of pocketbooks and got fair offers for both of them. I received payment literally the day my bags arrived at their location.
