Unlike the RealReal, there’s an opportunity to see if the bag works before I own it. Best customer service of any resale company I work with.

My Gemma is a fantastic site to sell your luxury bags. I recently sold them one of my Louis Vuitton bags. The process was so efficient. I sent them pictures. They emailed me a quote within 48 hours. I accepted the excellent price they offered me. They emailed me a prepaid label.
