When you are buying an expensive watch, it’s a little scary when you are dealing with someone you don’t know and have never met. MyWatch LLC did a great job of communicating with me both when buying my watches and getting me the new one. I would definitely do business with them again.

MyWatchLLC appears to be an established business, and I have no reason to question that they sell legitimate watches. Unfortunately, my experience dealing with the owner was disappointing.

I was interested in purchasing a 2026 Rolex Deepsea 44mm 136668LB-0001 and offered $62,000 by wire, ready to complete the purchase immediately. I referenced a previous $62,000 listing for the same model on the Rolex Forums and asked whether they would honor that price.

The owner explained that the previous listing was for a different watch that had already sold, and that pricing had changed. I understand that prices change and that a seller is entitled to set whatever price they want. However, when I explained that I believed $60K–$62K was still consistent with the current secondary market and reiterated that I was ready to buy immediately at $62,000, the response was essentially that they had the cheapest watch available and that I should call back when I couldn't find one cheaper, unless I found one from a “questionable 47th Street dealer.”

That response left a poor impression. There was no attempt to discuss the offer or even acknowledge the market information I had researched. Instead, the tone felt dismissive and condescending.

I have no problem with a dealer standing firm on their price. That's business. But when you're considering spending more than $60,000 on a watch, I expect the customer service to reflect that level of transaction.

Maybe MyWatchLLC has the cheapest example available, I can't say they don't. But based on my interaction with the owner, I ultimately decided I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

The watch may be worth buying. My experience with the customer service was not.

Danny was very helpful as usually. This was my 5th watch I purchased from My Watch LLC. Three Rolexes, Patek Philippe & A. Lange & Sohne. I'm sure I'll buy other watches.

My watch LLC has a well earned reputation for being a top shelf business. Danny, Jeff and the rest of the crew are total professionals. The entire process went extremely smooth, quick and efficient with steady communication along the way for both of my purchases. I purchased a Rolex from Danny & his team in March 2026. After speaking with Danny over the phone, I arranged an in-person meeting two days later to purchase a Rolex Datejust 41.
