I'm confused

I'm confused, I thought I was supposed too get a free blanket instead it seems I got a discount for the 2nd blanket. Disappointed. I feel like I got taken.

Initially trusting that everything will be as wonderful as described!

Initially, yesterday, the site was off kilter and would only show me a linear half a page on the final order. So I did not order. The problem recurred several times. Later in the day the site worked but I was surprised by the shipping cost, so I did not order. Today I reevaluated and decided to order and everything worked fine.

I purchased 2 separate items from them

I purchased 2 separate items from them. 1st I ordered the blankets. Absolutely loved them.. gave a couple as gifts and they were deeply appreciated. Then the bathrobe came. The material is great but the size is way off. It would have fit a child. So, I tried to return it only to find out it would cost more to return than the actual product. Very unhappy
