Shame to see the store go but can't WAIT for this beautiful leather long coat jacket I just order! Can't wait to slip it on!

Goods were not as described. I had to pay £30 to return them. No refund was forthcoming. Several months later the package came back to me as they hadn't accepted delivery. When I complained, they said ' It appears that your return parcel was not delivered to us as it was marked "Unclaimed" — this is typically due to unpaid customs or import fees on the receiving end.

Unfortunately, as the parcel did not reach our warehouse, we are unable to process your return at this time. You would need to resend the package and ensure any applicable customs charges are settled so it can reach us successfully.

Great selection of fashionable clothes and checkout was super easy

First of all a very long wait and the shipping information was very limited.
After 3 weeks i finally got the message that the parcel needed to be picked up at a shipping facility (they probably tried to deliver it while i wasn't home) but i couldn't find the information about what facility.
When i did finally track it down, it was all very poor quality. I should've ordered from Temu or something.
Same quality, but better pricing and shipping.

Still waiting on refund from Oct 25. Send me absolute muck. Refused to refund. Avoid avoid avoid

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Refuses returns or credits, resonds with fake generic emails. 21 emails back n forth so far!! Waiting for 6weeks to get product or a real response or a credit. Had an email today saying "Oops we lost your discount " REPORT them anywhere you can!!

It’s been over 3 months since I placed the order with TEC *The End Cult but still no clothes have arrived.

I have contacted support but it seems that TEC only respond with A.I Chatbots, I have tried starting an Official Complaint but my emails are ignored. I have also asked for a refund as it’s been over 90+days since I placed the order.

Still no sign of a refund that I was promised for an item I ordered February 2nd and never received. Can't count how many times I exchanged emails with their customer service dept which is a joke. Do not purchase anything from this totally unreliable scam of a company. I truly believe that they deliberately jerk you around so much that you eventually just give up and take the loss. Stay away!

Unfortunately this company’s customer support is poor, I’m not sure if it’s AI based support or human agents as my questions are ignored or deflected. I have asked if TEC have a Resolution or Fulfilment Team but I was told TEC don’t have these departments. I asked about making a Formal Complaint & I was told there isn’t a FC procedure. This company takes zero accountability for the loss of my orders.

The top / jacket is good quality. The quality worried me when I found it was from china
