Scam, spam, and data stealing.
Talent .com is constantly sending me spam emails. Problem- I’ve never even visited the site and did not know what it was until I got these emails. There is a website called JobsBear, this website sells your email address to other scam companies/websites. One of the scam emails I have received is from this company. Also- not to mention they include your location which I realised after comparing my spam emails to another individual who was equally as disturbed.
Considering that this meant to be an official site yet buying people’s email addresses without permission makes this site an instant no. There are plenty of trusted companies out there who don’t do this- use them instead.

Bear in mind that I verified my account, and made sure I did NOT have any alerts set up. Lo and behold, I have none. Also, I certainly would NEVER set up such a stupid notification for job alerts. FreeCash is clearly sponsoring this as an ad. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received those emails for the past week that redirects me to FreeCash.
At this point, what they've been sending me is pure spam emails, which I never requested. I may take it up with their registrar if they keep this up.
Suffice it to say, I deleted my account. If they can't respect my settings and me, then they don't deserve my business.

All Talent staff and management and owners are cheaters. Today without my information changed the teacher of my son which was totally unprofessional . I would not suggest anyone to enrol with this institution. I have requested for full refund which they denied again within 10 days they changed the teacher . Worst institution in world. No one will learn anything as teacher do time pass.

Am getting daily email from this site even though I never signed up and am not looking for a job. Jobs are in a place I don't even live. How they got my email is beyond me. Doesn't make sense for someone actually looking for a job to put in someone else's email.
I've marked the email spam yet you would think a legitimate site would notice lack of activity on their alerts and stop but not them.
Update:
Updated rating based on them deleting the account. Found it strange someone applying for a job would enter a wrong email but even if they did, before sending daily job emails, there should be ONE email that has to be acknowledge to verify the account before sending anything else.

I received a message from this company for a role completely unrelated to my background.
I’m a Mechanical Engineer, and I was contacted for an Electrical Design & Engineering Manager position — despite the message stating that my profile had been “carefully reviewed”.
This makes me think that messages may be sent in bulk without checking candidates’ competencies, which wastes people’s time.
When I pointed this out, the reply I received was simply “Thanks for letting me know”, with no explanation.
My advice: be cautious and verify the relevance of any unsolicited contact before sharing personal information.

Unable to unsubscribe from being sent constant emails with a job that doesn't seem to exist (and if it does you have to pay to apply). have requested to be removed on several occasions. Have had to report them to the Australian government department dealing with spam.

I listed my resume on Indeed. Apparently this company got ahold of it and I started getting listings from them. The jobs are either expired, or fake. If you see a job posted go to the company's website directly and apply there. These companies sell you!!! I reported as spam.

I don't think it's normal to charge people who look for a job, when you get already very well paid by the companies to advertise their vacancies + a very comfortable commission when they hire someone through your website, I think it's pitiful to take advantage of people looking for a job
