The headset is bad, crunching over the balls, my wife that I bought the Z39 for did not know any better, I wondered what made her crash twice, I thought it was lack of skill.. I took it for a ride and the steering was AWEFUL! it would jam lightly then with the needed pressure would clear then have you OVERSTEER! I TRIED to reach out to Top Rider who I purchased it from.. just to get instruction or a video so I can do the repair.. it has less than 50 miles on it!! So, I called their number.. I get "YOU ARE CALLER #20 PLEASE HOLD ALL OF OUR REPS ARE BUSY WITH...BLAHBLAHBLAAAH" ... 20 MINS LATER "YOU ARE #14..." 30 more mins I was CALLER 10! THEN 20 MORE MINS I WAS CALLER 14 AGAIN..20 MORE MINS I WAS CALLER 20 AGAIN!! SO I GAVE UP RATHER THAN SPEND MY DAY WAITING TO BE CALLER #47! THEY SUCK! It's a decent scooter but Top Rider is BOTTOM CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IM GONNA SELL IT CHEAP! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A CHINA MADE SCOOTER IS POINTLESS! Certainly you do not have a scooter shop to do repairs for you near your house and will have to do them yourself..this is where customer service is REQUIRED!! Spend the extra money and buy a GSpace scooter, they are like family to me now. I will be buying a GSpace for my wife that won't kill her like this atrocity of a scooter almost has! Maybe ZSnake USA is a different company but They might be a better distributor to buy from I don't know but I do know GSpace is REAL DEAL UNLIKE THESE JOKERS!

Dropped it crashed it and even got drove on and still goes well just got to maintain it it's hard at first but with help and patience my foholo f19 has about 3500 miles on it only had tires and brake livers and seat to change

No wiring diagram to help trouble shoot. Display works. Lights work. Horn works. Throttle control, FOC controller, or both motors including the recently purchased one does not work. I will never purchase parts or new toys from this company ever again. Top rider won’t help you fix their products. Top rider will sell you replacement parts all day long but refuse to give useful instructions and diagrams so people have to purchase new toys instead of fixing the ones already purchased.

Great customer service and the products they sell is very good quality and great value and even after the warranty expires they go above and beyond and fast replies

I wanted to share my experience with Foholo & the staff that work there. I have had nothing but Good interaction with support staff @ Foholo. The support has been top notch. Experienced, knowledgeable, personal and very Helpful. I am a 55 yr. Old Man child whom Carrie's this kick scooter up and down 3 flights of stairs. So worth it though, knowing I am going out on an exciting and excilerating Adventure on my F15 scooter! Forever Young.
