My son has the ZSNAKE Z37 and absolutely loves this scooter. He rides practically every day. He rides soo much through some tough terrain he got a tear in the valve stem and we contacted customer support and they responded within a few hours and we quickly had a replacement part ordered and ready to be shipped.
