I ordered a celing lamp which is delivered 4-5 days later than expected date and when It arrived it was fully damaged and i complained and person from their customer service he contacted and asked me to send the picture. After sending a photos he was agreed that it's not good but when I again mailed them for returning it because I bought new lamp they are not responding.order number 452339

Not satisfied at all
I bought an MP3 player some days ago.
When I plugged in the cable that was with the mp3 player, in order to connect it with the laptop, nothing was working. No light on the screen, no indication on the laptop, nothing.
Then I took another usb cable which seemed to be working, and it was easy to plug it in and out in the MP3 player. But, although it showed that it was charging, even after one day of charging, the mp3 player could not communicate with the laptop and I could not see it in the computer devices. Then I tried to unplugged it, but my usb cable was stuck in the mp3. I tried to pulled it out, but it broke.
So now I have a broken usb cable and an mp3 that never worked.
I feel really disappointed by my purchase, because the usb cable that was in the bag never worked, and I had to use another one which broke.

Hi,
We can replace the cable for you. The cable is only for charging the mp3 player. You can use the micro sd card for playing mp3 songs. Put on the micro sd card your mp3 music with your computer or cardreader and plug the micro sd card in your mp3 player. Than it is plug and play.
