Unfortunately I did not check the reviews. My wig arrived and it’s not real hair, really poor quality. Nothing like the pictures. Shameful company. Paid £35. And received a wig that looks like £5 worth. Something you’d wear at Halloween. I’ve emailed 4 times now and nothing back. I actually cancelled my order within their so called time limit and they didn’t reply. Sent a horrible wig. DO NOT BUY

DO NOT order from this company! They are Chinese rip off people. It’s a scam!! They send you something completely different to what you ordered. They don’t refund and they praying on vulnerable people with hair loss. They are the lowest despicable people! DO NOT BUY under any circumstances.

Scam website. Suggests US based with a Salon to suggest trust .... Actually direct from china and they regularly seem to use other companies real people review as their own products. They are on tik tok - but not through the shop so then you have no come back. Quality of product poor, says real hair - it isn't and the cap constructions they show on videos and website aren't the product that is sent. THey take ages to come, are poorly packaged and I recieved 3 totally differnet pieces to the ones I ordered and they said I had to return first to get refund -- have now excalated to Paypal complaints.

I returned the 3 wigs I ordered to the address provided because they were not of the specified quality. The address did not accept the return. I sent them at least 10 emails, but they still haven't refunded the amount. Do not shop with them.

Ordered in December, product never received. Wrote over 20 emails, first few after 5 weeks asking when would i receive it, they said it was on its way, then after a few more emails they apologised about delay and said be patient. Finally after 3 months still not received and they said it had been signed for. 5 months on few more emails sent, now they no longer reply, never received product, never signed for. Gave up.

Ordered 3 wigs they arrived after a long wait and the quality was disgraceful, they were totally unwearable. I was so shocked based on the pictures and videos used on the website. Avoid at all costs. I still haven’t received my refund and no one is at the address to take receipt of the returned goods after so far 4 attempts!!

Avoid avoid avoid. The worst products ive seen. Not fit for wear. Not fit for purpose. I also highly suspect they are using a model without her permission. Duping people with her wigs but the wig you receive is anything but. Terrible bahaviour. Absolute abuse toward people with hairloss disability.

Do not use this company. It is based in China. The hairpiece I received was nothing like the one I ordered. I returned it and was promised a refund plus postage costs but have never received them. Then yesterday another hairpiece arrived. Looks like something you would buy in a fancy dress shop. Synthetic. I now don’t believe the comments on the FB page are true. It’s a sham. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the item which finally arrived after a very long wait - the two items ordered were orange not the colour I ordered. I then contacted them and was offered a refund or replacement. Foolishly I requested a replacement. This never arrived and I’ve been just ignored in my emails following this up. Don’t waste your money or your time they really don’t care.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this company I sent back a wig 2 months ago, and each time I ask if they received it they are extremely rude and won't even check the tracking number their end. Worse customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Appalling.
