I ordered a celing lamp which is delivered 4-5 days later than expected date and when It arrived it was fully damaged and i complained and person from their customer service he contacted and asked me to send the picture. After sending a photos he was agreed that it's not good but when I again mailed them for returning it because I bought new lamp they are not responding.order number 452339
