I am very happy with the service received, my one reservation is that I wish it would have been more clear in the product description that a chain would not be included. I went back to check and it does not say that a chain will not be included. Other than that, very happy.

The in stock status (and shipment time) was not correct on the site. Also, I got the information it was in stock - but it was not. There was a lot of e-mailing back and forth. It ended up with that I got another colour than I actually wanted on the urn. I received a refund on one part of the payment and the customer service handled the case good.
They was very easy to "do business with", and got help streighten out some questionmarks. I was also given advice about fontstyle change, since my origiolal choosen fontstyle would have made tre text too big. I'm very satisfyed!
The staff took their time to do what they could and did even explain nicely and calmly what I percieved as wrong when I was upset but was in fact correct. Very good service!
