Brilliant knowledgable staff
Wonderful Frida and Mikaela helped me a lot when I had a herniated disc.
The facilities are nice and new and clean and will certainly be back for check ups!

I’ve been seeing naprapaths regularly for ten years for lower back problems and migraines, ongoing issues that I need help managing. I’ve tried MANY practitioners and sometimes felt I was spending time and money without much improvement, so finding someone I truly trust means a lot.
Joakim Bogren at Limbra (formerly Naprapatlandslaget) ALWAYS knows exactly how to treat my specific problems. He makes every visit feel personal and works hands-on throughout the session. Everyone leaving his treatment room seems to be smiling.
When he’s fully booked, I feel equally safe with his colleagues at the Stureplan clinic. In my experience, they’re the best in Stockholm. One appointment here often achieves what takes three elsewhere, and I always leave feeling calmer, both physically and mentally. For anyone dealing with aches, pains or muscle tension, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My first time visiting a napropath and it did not disappoint! Mats did an amazing job helping me with the extreme pain in my neck and chronic headaches (a problem I've had all my adult life). I have never had such a good reaction to treatment before which is a testament to how effective napropathy is. I will definitely be returning whenever I have the need help in future.
