There are a lot of brands now promoting supplements but I feel that True Protein is clean and can be trusted. I use their protein powders, bars and shakes as well as creatine and electrolyte powder.

Very happy!! Only tried the French vanilla whey isolate so far and I’m hooked!!! Most delicious thing to add to my Greek yoghurt in the morning! Can’t wait to try other flavours

Yeah actually im using true protein from last 6 months the product is really great taste and everything all results are good just i have a issue with the mixing this can be improve maybe a bit. Rest is all prefect.

This company sells good quality products which I believe can be trusted. In a world gone mad with supplements and prtein rich products - this can be challenging. However, True Protein has high quality ingredients and their bars and powders taste incredibly good.

I've tried many different whey protein brands, but True Protein has been my favourite in Australia. It tastes the cleanest, feels very light on my stomach, and is easy to digest. I never feel bloated or uncomfortable after drinking it.

Their creatine is also excellent. It mixes really well, goes down smoothly, and is one of the best-quality creatine products I've used.

The recent change on ZMA I did not expect as the Magnesium hits differently but the body is getting used to it.

I love the protein bars for their taste but also because they are all natural ingredients. They aren't particularly sweet so don't have that awful artificial taste. I also got some bottles of the chocolate protein drink and love it! I will definitely be ordering more! Delivery was quick and communication was great too.
