Terrible service
Terrible service, Invested over $1200 for nothing, poor wait times in response but very quick to take money for the wrong dose.
When reapplying two weeks later to go up in dose they have said I have to start over again. If there was proper education (like there should be at the start) then I wouldn’t have wasted a fortune on nothing.

The timely response is excellent couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience unfortunately due to the health issues I have since taking wegovy it has been challenging I have already seen a specialist yesterday who has advised to not use a program without being fully assessed by my own GP
