I was happy with my weight loss, but when I stopped and asked for my doseage to be increased to 2.05, it only went from 1.05 to 1.07. I have spent a small fortune to lose two kilo's on ten months.

The course of medication I received was great. Juniper is much more convenient than conventional. Lost 14 kilos.
Went overseas for 6 months then applied for two phone consults online to re start my journey but neither of them eventuated. No one called me.
Hopefully I will be able to continue my weight loss

I like Juniper, but with one caveat.
Juniper made it easy for me to start on my GLP1 weightloss journey. The assessment process is smooth as is the delivery. Support is available anytime should one need it. My only concern is with transparency of pricing.i found the calculation quite opaque. I was not made aware of payment options, or couldn’t clearly see them. I paid a total lump sum, so if the cost of my treatment is actually less than I’ve paid, due to opting for lower dosage, will I get a refund? I doubt it. Otherwise, I’m happy I chose Juniper.

The only support is through the chatbot - it would be nice to have a face to face once a month given the high cost of the program- the cost I pay through juniper I would be able to get a script for a higher dose through the doctor- so I think there needs to be more customer support on this program
