Love these stickers - I find the new versions work better than they did before. Keeps the mosquitos away from my kiddos! Excited to try the tick stickers for both kids and pets.

Everything about this company is top o the line.

My god child, who is extremely allergic to mosquitoes. It has been using these patches at my house and has had zero issues with mosquitoes. I put the mosquito patches on her. After we noticed a pile of mosquitoes by her, and there was suddenly 0 mosquitoes. We noticed that she had gotten 2 mosquito bites and her bites always swell, and become extremely itchy to the point she doesn't even sleep. So I put the itch relief stickers on her, and in the cutest little voice. When my fiancé asked her if the stickers worked, she just said they don't even itch anymore. I could have cried knowing that I helped my poor godchild with not itching anymore.

My package hadn't arrived in the time it said it would so I reached out to the care team. They let me know they put a rush on the package and reached out after to make sure I received the package. Customer service is amazing. And the product is great! We have been out with our 6 month old in high mosquito dense areas and left with zero bites. We bought the itch patches just incase but haven't had to use them because of how great the mosquito patches are.

I've ordered a few times from NATPAT as I keep a supply on hand for when my grandchildren visit. I love the product! I must say their customer service is 10 out of 10. Had a small issue and it was resolved within minutes. Thank you!

The nighttime stickers changed bedtime for us. My 4 year old used to take upto an hour to fall asleep until we started using the stickers.. they even allow him to sleep in later in the morning! I know this because when I run out- he is up at the crack of dawn! So now I have a subscription!

My daughter gets very bad reactions to mosquito bites and I tried the patches. She has not gotten one bite as long as she has been wearing a patch. My daughter now asks for her patch every time we go outside. When I first made my order, it was very delayed but their
Customer service was so wonderful to deal with and very attentive.

This is just for the support. I haven't received my parcel yet. It's 5 days late. I was told that it was sent standard mail so no tracking for it. If I don't receive it in another 5 days to let them know and they will replace it for me. So the reply I got was fast. Customer Service seems great to deal with. Now we wait to see if the package arrives.

Haven’t used anything but the child mosquito yet. We will be using kit when camping mostly. So far love the product toddler wasn’t bitten when out on the patio when used.

I’ve been purchasing these stickers for months now and they work really well, but the biggest thing that I really appreciate is their customer service! When they upgraded their website and I couldn’t figure out how to log into my account I just emailed their care team and they easily canceled my subscription for me and they’re very sweet people! They really do seem to care! Not only did they cancel my subscription for me, but they did it within 24 hours! It was super quick and easy!

This was the first time I bought patches for our dog. I previously bought mosquito patches for myself and my human family members that worked really well, so I thought they might help our pet. We’ve seen a great improvement in his behavior. I noticed the NATPAT promotion of other pet patches. I sent a message to customer service and received a very timely response. One question, led to another and each time Caz, my customer support hero, replied quickly, with useful information, and with kindness. Caz never made me feel uncomfortable regarding my detailed product questions that others may have found to be overly extra. Caz seemed to understand that my curiosity was based on care and concern for my pet. I wish all customer service people in all industries would be heroic like Caz. Kudos and my heartfelt thanks to Caz.
